Your heart has always whispered, it’s not about getting rid of parts of you, but about welcoming them home into the vastness of your being.

Over time you wrap your most tender parts into the love they never received. You swoon for your weird and shy parts. You invite your shadows over for tea and discover they have gifts to offer you, that you could never have imagined in your

wildest dreams. You not only feel more confidence walking around your inner landscape, but also in the world. Because you know who you are and you are done apologizing for being on this planet and having needs and desires.

The more you discover,
the easier it becomes to enter the space of possibility between what the world presents to you and your response-ability. As you are standing in the room of possibility, you notice something that you have always admired in others: Choice.
And you ask yourself: what would love do right now?

Over the course of 12 weeks we meet 10 times (double it, if you want to apply for 6 months) and practice compassionate inquiry, deep embodied listening and somatics*.

*Somatic practice will meet you where you are and can include:

non-linear movement, pleasure practice,

meditation and
yoga nidra / rest practice.
